Maintaining a balanced, healthy diet while juggling a career, family, and social life is hard for all of us. Many of us turn to take-out, frozen meals, or the national meal-prep brands. We have seen a desire amongst our clients for healthy meals, local ingredients, and local Chefs, to satisfy their weekly dietary needs. Chef Ryan partners with local farms to get the best ingredients, and stocks your fridge with pre-prepared, packaged meals to keep your nourished throughout the week.

Chef Ryan has extensive experience with almost all dietary plans! He works with families and clients whose needs range from Keto to Vegan, from Whole 30, lecithin free and Mediterranean diets. During our consultation, Chef will make notes of all your specific food needs, and will craft a unique plan for you. Whether you’re an athlete looking to reach targeted goals, or a family trying to add more local ingredients to your meals, Liaison Faire has a plan for you!

We have two different “styles” of weekly meal prep tailored to our clients unique needs. Many of our guests enjoy having their Chef gather local ingredients and prepare meals in their home kitchens. Chef Ryan prepares about a 5 days of meals in 8 hours, packages these fresh meals with reheating instructions, and cleans the kitchen to a sparkle. For our clients who prefer a weekly delivery system, Chef Ryan will prepare & package a week of meals in the Liaison Faire kitchen, and deliver them directly to your home!
