Pasta Making Classes
In your class, Chef Ryan will guide you through the centuries-old craft of making Pasta by hand, while we sample lesser-known Italian Wines! You will be able to learn two vastly different pastas: Mortadella Tortelloni with Sage Butter AND Ricotta Gnocchi with Fresh Tomato-Garlic Sauce. As we get our hands dirty, we will enjoy traditional Italian snacks while learning about the history of Pasta in Italy. Finally, you will get to enjoy your own handmade noodles as you relax with your group! Before leaving, Chef Ryan will fully clean the kitchen, as well as provide each guest with copies of the day’s recipes.
